• Owners are required to pay an annual contribution towards the maintenance of the infrastructure of the Estate and the costs of improving the Estate. The annual contribution will be payable on notice in January of each year.
  • The annual contribution will be fixed by the Annual General Meeting as being sufficient to meet the necessary expenses of the Company.
  • If a subscription is more than six months overdue then the Committee may, at its discretion and after considering any extenuating circumstances, ask the Company to pursue a County Court claim against the property owner(s).
