Neighbourhood Watch
Thankfully we live in a county with a very low crime rate. However, the Estate Association encourages you to be vigilant and report to the Police and the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator any incidents or suspicious activities that you see on the Estate.
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer a burglary or other crime please report it immediately to the Police, and take the time to inform the Association by contacting the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator, or in their absence any one of our Committee members.
Suspicious Activity on the Estate
The Police advise us that it is very unusual to see people loitering on a private estate such us ours. If you do see someone or something suspicious the Police advise that it is important to call 999 and if possible provide the following information:
- The type of person, e.g. white, black and age group.
- The registration number, type and colour of any vehicles involved.
