Hello everyone,

Please find below a brief update on Estate matters following the most recent Board meeting.

OWRA AGM 2026

A reminder that this year’s AGM will take place on Thursday, 23 April 2026 at the Cobham Curve, Fairmile Lane, Cobham, KT11 2BU at 7.30pm.  We will circulate the relevant documents in good time prior to the meeting and look forward to seeing you there.

Road sweeps

The next few road sweeps will take place on the following dates:

• Saturday 7 March

• Saturday 11 April

• Saturday 16 May

As usual, please ensure all bins and cars are off the roads to ensure maximum coverage of the Estate.

Gate closure

Please note that the Mizen Way / Leigh Hill Road gate will be closed for maintenance work next week on Wednesday 25 & Thursday 26 February.  Please avoid this gate altogether on these two days and use another gate instead.  We apologise for the inconvenience, especially as this is the busiest gate.

Board Changes

In the last few days Carole Williams has resigned from the OWRA Board for personal reasons. Verity will now remain on the team until after the AGM but we remain in need of volunteers to allow rotation out of the Board and to replace David Cope who stood down from the Board in September.
